Our Approach

Our approach begins with the belief that every child learns best when they feel safe, valued and inspired. We combine predictable routines with child led exploration, allowing children to experience comfort and freedom side by side. Each day includes indoor choosing, outdoor choosing, movement room time, group sessions, stories and songs. These familiar touchpoints help children feel grounded while supporting the Characteristics of Effective Learning such as curiosity, focus and problem solving.

We follow the prime areas of development, including communication and language, physical development and personal, social and emotional development. The specific areas of literacy, mathematics, expressive arts and design and understanding the world run through our daily interactions, small group teaching and continuous provision.
